Cellars for fermentation, maturation and filtered beer;
Over the last 10 years, Dedini manufactured over 350 stainless steel brewery tanks of various capacities: from 300 liters for the yeast propagators through to 13,500 hectoliters for jumbo tanks.
Codistil technology is present starting with dished ends and bottoms (dished ends), through to complex shapes that serve the various cooling agents, attaining thermal requirements and complying with the required sanitariness of the equipment.

In permanent search of efficient and economic solutions for its customers, DEDINI associated itself with Filtrox technology and through its Codistil brand, supplies filtration and stabilization rooms, guaranteeing the quality of 60% of the beer produced in Brazil.
The Filtrox-Filtrojet candle filters offer the best operational cost versus investment ratio.
Beer filtration is complemented by stabilization through PVPP that can be regenerated, a technique dominated and available with the use of cartridge filters or horizontal plates. Beer recovery from discarded yeast takes place through tangential filtration in the Microstar, and can increase production by up to 1.5%.
Codistil technology integrates technologies that can completely or partially increase the manufacturing process.
