Appreciation of the human being and especially of its staff has always been present in Dedini’s company guidelines. In 1954, the Company founder, Mario Dedini, created a legal, non-profit organization to generate resources and benefits that would support the staff members and their families, and to centralize all the Companies’ social activities.

With the goal of extending and qualitatively improving service, over the course of time the organization became “Dedini Serviço Social”. With administrative and financial independence to optimize activities among the internal public and the community, the purpose of the Foundation is to support health, education and to promote quality of life. To implement these objectives, it proposes initiatives, among others, such as signing agreements, organizing social-educational activities that encourage social responsibility and nature preservation activities.
